21 | 21 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
22 | 22 | Assembly convened: | |

24 | 24 | That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require that 1 | |
25 | 25 | payment of tuition at public institutions of higher education shall be 2 | |
26 | 26 | waived for any child of a veteran entitled to a tuition waiver, provided 3 | |
27 | 27 | the number of semesters for which such child may receive any such 4 | |
28 | 28 | tuition waiver shall be calculated by subtracting from eight the 5 | |
29 | 29 | number of semesters for which such veteran received any such tuition 6 | |
30 | 30 | waiver. 7 | |

32 | 32 | To provide a tuition waiver at public institutions of higher education | |
33 | 33 | for any child of a veteran who did not utilize any tuition waiver to | |
34 | 34 | which such veteran was entitled. |
