AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN SENIOR CITIZENS AND VETERANS 
FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE ASSOCIATED 
WITH THE PASSPORT TO THE STATE PARKS PROGRAM. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to exempt any person who 1 
holds a Charter Oak Pass or a Disabled Veteran Pass from having to 2 
pay the motor vehicle registration fee associated with the Passport to 3 
the State Parks Program provided such person submits proof that such 4 
vehicle is registered in his or her own name. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To exempt certain senior citizens and veterans from the Passport to the 
State Parks motor vehicle registration fee.
