AN ACT RESTRUCTURING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTERS
TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-263i of the general statutes be amended to 1
restructure the ambulatory surgical centers tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief by restructuring the ambulatory surgical centers
tax.
