AN ACT CONCERNING THE REFUND OF SALES TAX ON A
PURCHASE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that property be returned within ninety days from the 2
date of purchase for purposes of a refund of sales tax on such 3
purchase. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that property be returned within ninety
days from the date of purchase for purposes of a refund of sales tax on
such purchase.
