AN ACT REDUCING THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the 1
corporation business tax rate by fifty per cent. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the tax burden on businesses by reducing the corporation
business tax rate by fifty per cent.
