AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR ELDERLY NUTRITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-343 of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
funding for meals on wheels provided through the Connecticut home-2
care program for the elderly. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide sufficient state reimbursement to cover the costs of
providing meals to the elderly.
