AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EQUITABLE RATE OF MEDICAID
REIMBURSEMENT FOR METHADONE MAINTENANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish an 1
equitable rate of Medicaid reimbursement for methadone maintenance 2
under the Medicaid program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To alter the inequitable rates of reimbursement for methadone
maintenance under the Medicaid program.
