AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-1081 of the general statutes be amended to add two 1
members to the board of directors of the Connecticut Health Insurance 2
Exchange, one of whom shall represent the interests of health carriers 3
and one of whom shall be an insurance broker or producer, and 4
exempt such members from the conflict of interest provisions 5
established in said section. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To add two members to the board of directors of the Connecticut
Health Insurance Exchange and exempt such members from certain
conflict of interest provisions.
