AN ACT REQUIRING PHARMACIES TO PROVIDE FREE LANGUAGE
TRANSLATION SERVICES TO PATIENTS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH
PROFICIENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
pharmacies to provide free language translation services to patients 2
with limited English proficiency. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require pharmacies to provide free language translation services to
patients with limited English proficiency.
