AN ACT DEDICATING REVENUE FROM NEW TYPES OF GAMING TO
THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all revenue 1
collected from new types of gaming established in the state be 2
dedicated to the Teachers' Retirement Fund. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require all revenue collected from new types of gaming established
in the state be dedicated to the Teachers' Retirement Fund.
