AN ACT CONCERNING REPORTS ON GAS TAX REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Transportation, in conjunction with the Office of Policy and 2
Management and the Office of Fiscal Analysis, to prepare a twenty-3
year forecast regarding gas tax revenues and to update such forecast 4
annually and include information regarding anticipated changes by 5
year. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide information concerning the expected decrease of gas tax
revenues and to use such information to evaluate the anticipated
resources of the Special Transportation Fund.
