| 25 | 25 | to provide exceptions when the number plate is partially obstructed by 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | a (1) trailer hitch that is installed on a motor vehicle in a normal or 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | customary manner, (2) tolling transponder that is attached to a motor 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | vehicle in the manner required by the issuing authority, (3) wheelchair 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | lift or wheelchair carrier that is temporarily attached to a motor vehicle 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | in a normal or customary manner, (4) trailer that is towed by a motor 8 | |
