AN ACT EXPANDING VETERANS BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove any qualifying 1
"service in time of war" requirement in order to be eligible to receive 2
state veterans benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To grant eligibility for state benefits to all veterans, regardless of any
service during war time.
