AN ACT ELIMINATING THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-704e of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate 1
the earned income tax credit. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the earned income tax credit.
