AN ACT CONCERNING DENSITY REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN
AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to require 1
affordable housing developments that contain any land within a 2
watershed area to have a density of not more than one dwelling unit 3
per two acres. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require developers of affordable housing to protect water resources.
