1818 AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT CLEAN SLATE LAW.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That section 54-142a of the general statutes be amended to (1) 1
2323 provide for the automatic sealing of a person's criminal record for any 2
2424 misdemeanor offense and certain felony offenses seven years after the 3
2525 date of a final judgment resulting in the person's conviction for such 4
2626 offense, and (2) make any criminal record sealed in accordance with 5
2727 subdivision (1) of this section accessible only by law enforcement 6
2828 agencies. 7
