AN ACT EXPANDING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE
FOR CRANIOFACIAL DISORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-490c and 38a-516c of the general statutes be 1
amended to expand required health insurance coverage for 2
craniofacial disorders to include coverage for the diagnosis and 3
treatment of underlying congenital diseases and anomalies. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand required health insurance coverage for craniofacial
disorders to include coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of
underlying congenital diseases and anomalies.
