AN ACT CONCERNING GHOST GUNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale or 1
manufacture of any firearm that does not have a serial number or is 2
homemade by any means, including 3D printing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ban ghost guns.
