AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to maintain the amount of 1
payment in lieu of taxes provided to municipalities and establish an 2
equitable formula by which to calculate reimbursement to 3
municipalities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To maintain the amount of payment in lieu of taxes provided to
municipalities and establish an equitable formula by which to calculate
reimbursement to municipalities.
