AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF HANDICAPPED
PARKING SPACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to 1
regulate handicapped parking spaces. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to regulate handicapped parking spaces to
ensure the availability of ample handicapped parking.
