AN ACT LIMITING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN CERTAIN GROUP
HOMES AND HOMES WITH CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 124 of the general statutes be amended, within the 1
extent permissible under federal law, to allow municipal authorities to 2
limit the distance between certain community residences, as described 3
in section 8-3e of the general statutes, and homes with children. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety and security of families and the residents of group
homes.
