AN ACT CONCERNING TELEHEALTH AND THE VETERINARIAN -
CLIENT-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish certain standards 1
with regard to a veterinarian-client-patient relationship in the context 2
of the provision of telehealth services by a veterinarian. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish standards for a veterinarian-client-patient relationship in
the context of the provision of telehealth services by a veterinarian.
