AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING OF
FLAVORED VAPOR PRODUCTS TO MINORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the advertising 1
and marketing of flavored vapor products to minors. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the advertising and marketing of flavored vapor products
to minors.
