AN ACT REQUIRING THE LABELING OF CERTAIN ELECTRONIC
NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any vapor product 1
or electronic nicotine delivery system that looks like a flash drive or 2
otherwise does not look like an electronic nicotine delivery system or 3
vapor product to be labeled as an electronic nicotine delivery system 4
or vapor product. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the labeling of certain electronic nicotine delivery systems
and vapor products.
