AN ACT CONCERNING FIREARM STORAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 29-37i, 52-571g and 53a-217a of the general statutes be 1
amended to require safe storage of firearms in homes with a household 2
member who has a psychiatric condition. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require safe storage of firearms in homes with a household member
who has a psychiatric condition.
