AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DUAL-LANGUAGE MAGNET SCHOOL IN
WINDHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the 1
establishment of an interdistrict magnet school in Windham that 2
provides dual-language instruction to students in grades one to eight, 3
inclusive. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create an elementary dual-language interdistrict magnet school that
will increase educational opportunities and promote regionalization in
the Windham area.
