AN ACT CONCERNING HUNTING BY FIREARM ON PRIVATE LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize hunting of any 1
animal on private property by firearm during the legal hunting season 2
for such animal, including Sundays. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow hunting of all animals by firearm on private property on all
days, including Sundays.
