AN ACT RESTORING RATEPAYER ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND
CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAM FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal diversions in the 1
current state budget of ratepayer energy efficiency and clean energy 2
program funds. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To restore moneys in the state budget of energy efficiency and clean
energy program funds.
