AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF FOR-PROFIT
SECONDARY MARKET TICKET SELLERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to require for-profit 1
secondary market ticket sellers to be subject to the admissions tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require for-profit secondary market ticket sellers to be subject to the
admissions tax.
