AN ACT IMPOSING A TAX ON LIQUID VAPING PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a tax on liquid 1
vaping products at the same percentage rate as other tobacco products. 2 Proposed Bill No. 5807

Statement of Purpose:
To impose a tax on liquid vaping products at the same percentage rate
as other tobacco products.
