AN ACT CONCERNING EXPIRATION POLICIES ON CERTAIN
LOYALTY, AWARD, DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL CARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the expiration of 1
benefits associated with certain cards, including, but not limited to, 2
loyalty, award, discount and promotional cards, unless the card's 3
expiration policy is printed on the card. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the unexpected expiration of benefits from loyalty, award,
discount or promotional cards.
