AN ACT ALLOWING SELECT RETAILERS OTHER THAN LIQUOR
STORES TO SELL MEAD BEVERAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow select 1
retailers other than liquor stores to sell limited types of mead 2
beverages. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow select retailers other than liquor stores to sell limited types of
mead beverages.
