AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF HONEY AND MAPLE
SYRUP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to exempt honey 1
and maple syrup from cottage food regulation by the Department of 2
Consumer Protection. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt honey and maple syrup from cottage food regulations.
