AN ACT CONCERNING A REPORT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF
CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That, not later than January 1, 2020, the Board of Trustees of The 1
University of Connecticut be required to submit a report to the joint 2
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 3
matters relating to appropriations on (1) the effectiveness and benefits 4
of the programs and services it administers or provides, and (2) an 5
assignment of priority for the continued funding of such programs or 6
services. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To review the programs and services administered or provided by the
Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut.
