AN ACT REQUIRING ADDITIONAL STUDENT MEMBERSHIP ON THE
BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10a-1a of the general statutes be amended to require 1
two additional members of a student advisory committee, established 2
pursuant to section 10a-3 of the general statutes, to serve as members 3
of the Board of Regents for Higher Education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To add additional student representatives as members to the Board of
Regents for Higher Education.
