AN ACT CONCERNING REFERENCES TO FIRE SUPPRESSION
SYSTEMS IN RENTAL AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 47a-3f of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that notice of fire suppression systems in rental 2
agreements be in twelve-point boldface type of uniform font. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that notice of fire suppression systems in
rental agreements be in twelve-point boldface type of uniform font.
