AN ACT CONCERNING RENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR CERTAIN
FAMILIES OF STUDENTS IN A SCHOOL CHOICE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to reserve certain 1
rental assistance program certificates for families of students in a 2
school choice program who want to move to the municipality in which 3
the student's school is located and cannot afford rent in such 4
municipality. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide rental assistance program certificates to certain families of
students in a school choice program.
