| 28 | 28 | of the title "social worker" to those licensed pursuant to the chapter or 2 | |

| 30 | 30 | social work at an educational institution accredited by the Council on 4 | |
| 31 | 31 | Social Work Education, and (2) define the practice of social work. 5 | |

| 33 | 33 | To protect the public by setting standards for the qualification, training | |
| 34 | 34 | and experience of those who seek to represent themselves to the public | |
| 35 | 35 | as social workers, certified social workers, licensed clinical social | |
| 36 | 36 | workers or licensed master social workers, and by promoting high | |
| 37 | 37 | standards of professional performance for those engaged in the | |
