AN ACT ESTABLISHING CONNECTICUT AS A SANCTUARY STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 965 of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
Connecticut as a sanctuary state where immigrants are protected and 2
able to live, work and pursue happiness without fear. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish Connecticut as a sanctuary state where immigrants are
protected and able to live, work and pursue happiness without fear.
