AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT
OF FAMILY SUPPORT MAGISTRATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-231 of the general statutes be amended to revise the 1
process for appointing and reappointing family support magistrates. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the process for appointing and reappointing family support
magistrates.
