AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW THE
ACTIVITIES OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study issues concerning the 1
ongoing operation of the Judicial Review Council. Such study shall 2
include, but not be limited to, an examination of the complaint process, 3
communication with parties and witnesses, investigatory procedures 4
and selection of contractors, record keeping, statistical and annual 5
reporting requirements, compliance with state and federal laws and 6
review of statutes pertaining to said council. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to review and examine issues concerning the
Judicial Review Council and the efficacy of relevant statutes.
