| 29 | 29 | that concerns the siting of a solar photovoltaic facility with a capacity 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | of two or more megawatts be approved by the planning and zoning 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | commission of each municipality in which any portion of the facility is 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | to be located prior to the granting of a certificate pursuant to section 7 | |
| 33 | 33 | 16-50p of the general statutes, and that section 8-2 of the general 8 | |
| 34 | 34 | statutes be amended to permit planning and zoning commissions to 9 | |
| 35 | 35 | establish regulations concerning solar photovoltaic facilities. 10 | |
