| 24 | 24 | That the general statutes be amended (1) to allow the owner of a 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | residential building with a foundation made with defective concrete, 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | for which the owner has received a reassessment in accordance with 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | the provisions of section 29-265d of the general statutes, to request that 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | the reassessed value of such building apply retroactively to the date 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | such owner purchased or received such building, and (2) to require 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | municipalities to grant such request. 7 | |
