25 | 25 | believe suffered from an overdose of an opioid drug that necessitates 3 | |
26 | 26 | emergency medical intervention, including, but not limited to, through 4 | |
27 | 27 | the successful administration of an opioid antagonist to such person, 5 | |
28 | 28 | into custody or to take or cause such person to be taken to a general 6 | |
29 | 29 | hospital for emergency examination, provided such person is not held 7 | |
30 | 30 | for more than seventy-two hours unless committed under an 8 | |
