AN ACT REQUIRING A LICENSE FOR NUCLEAR MEDICINE
TECHNOLOGISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Public Health to establish licensing requirements for nuclear medicine 2
technologists and to adopt regulations pertaining to their professional 3
practice and activities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the licensing and regulation of nuclear medicine
technologists by the Department of Public Health.
