AN ACT INCREASING THE FINES FOR THE SALE OF VAPOR
PRODUCTS TO A MINOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the fines levied 1
upon anyone who sells vapor products to a person under the age of 2
eighteen as follows: (1) Three hundred dollars for the first offense; (2) 3
five hundred dollars for the second offense; and (3) one thousand 4
dollars for each subsequent offense. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the fines for the sale of vapor products to a minor.
