AN ACT EXTENDING THE TERM OF AMMUNITION CERTIFICATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-38o of the general statutes be amended to make an 1
ammunition certificate valid for the duration of the certificate holder's 2
lifetime, unless revoked pursuant to section 29-38p of the general 3
statutes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the term of an ammunition certificate.
