AN ACT CONCERNING FLASHING LIGHTS FOR CHAPLAINS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-96q of the general statutes be amended to include 1
chaplains appointed by agencies providing emergency services among 2
those authorized to display flashing or revolving blue or green lights 3
upon their motor vehicles while on the way to an emergency requiring 4
their service. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To include chaplains appointed by agencies providing emergency
services among those authorized to display flashing lights.
