AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF SEAT BELTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-100a of the general statutes be amended to require 1
all passengers in a motor vehicle or fire fighting apparatus to wear a 2
seat safety belt while such vehicle or apparatus is being operated on 3
any highway in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of seat belts for all passengers in a motor vehicle
and fire fighting apparatus.
