AN ACT CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO TURN ON RED"
SIGNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipalities to 1
place "No Turn on Red" signs next to traffic signals when feasible. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To standardize the placement of "No Turn on Red" signs.
